I only gain weight in stomach chest and thighs.... but not in lower leg and hand

Recheck tour calories please. Be sure to be in a surplus. Eating more protein and working out can help gain a bit of muscle and increase strength but to gain thickness and increase weight you must stay in a surplus and ofcourse stay patient as results take time

In 2022 I had gained weight from 50 kg - 54 kg and I was so happy But due to stress and other reasons, in 2023 it came back down to 50. And I haven't gained since :( I'm restarting my weight gain journey. It's so tiring but I will do it. Thanks for the motivation

Hey di rn The diet plan that I m following please approve Morning breakfast mostly omelette bread Then I eat some fruit In mid day meal Then 2 rotis with curd and sabzi or 250 gm rice Then in the evening I eat high protein food like chana,chicken or egg sandwich Then I drink one glass of banana shake after that I eat dinner same as lunch Then again I drink one more glass of shake
